Job summary

The Westin DFW Airport is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with our brand standards. You will take orders, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and sustainability guidelines.

Responsibilities include table setups, station stocking, and collaboration with team members to cover shifts, including holidays and weekends. Prior experience in food and beverage is preferred with a focus on guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point of sale system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with essential items.
• Coordinate food pickup from the kitchen and ensure proper preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during busy periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Adhere to sustainability guidelines in HHM’s EarthView program.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear.
