Job summary

Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort seeks a committed Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. You will lead and mentor the service staff, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with conducting and maintaining inventory and controlling food & beverage costs.
• Experience with setting up and using inventory software such as Craftable is preferred.
• Ability to review and process payroll on a biweekly basis.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Food & Beverage management position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service staff.
• Train and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure that staff adheres to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Establish relationships with vendors.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.
• Create and manage the restaurant budget.
• Monitor sales and profitability of the restaurant.
• Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the customer experience.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
