Job summary

Le Méridien Dania Beach seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations in a high-end hotel near Fort Lauderdale. You will oversee budgets, menus, guest satisfaction, and inventory, while driving a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hotel F&B management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage costs. ServSafe certification is a plus; a flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
