You’ll oversee service standards, budgets, menus, and inventory, while inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll drive menu development, optimize costs, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction in a renowned hotel environment that emphasizes style and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
