Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Food & Beverage management position.
• Proven record of success in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service staff
• Train and evaluate restaurant staff
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
