Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and creating arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks, train on simple designs and daily tasks.
• Process FTD, interstore, Teleflora and internet orders; maintain order confidentiality.
• Inventory flowers, evaluate freshness, replace damaged product.
• Order flowers and supplies daily under Floral Manager direction.
• Stay current on floral industry trends and assist with in-store events.
• Assume department leadership in the absence of the Manager.
