You will lead floral clerks, ensure stock is fresh, process orders from FTD, Teleflora, and interstore channels, and advise customers on floral care and wedding or event arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Strong floral design skills and knowledge of floral products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer warmly and counseling them on floral care and special requests.
• Lead floral clerks by training on simple designs, phone order procedures, and daily tasks.
• Process orders including FTD, Teleflora, and interstore while maintaining confidentiality.
• Inventory and evaluate freshness; care for damaged product and replace as necessary.
• Wrap and deliver arrangements with care; assist with in-store events.
