Qualifications

• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and creating arrangements to exact specifications.
• Clean, process, and cut flowers carefully and wrap with care to avoid damage.
• Fill customer orders completely and on time, including weddings, funerals, and anniversaries.
• Understand and process various orders (FTD, Teleflora, interstore) while maintaining order confidentiality.
