Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and crafting arrangements to their exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks and train them on simple designs and daily tasks.
• Process orders (FTD, Teleflora, interstore) with confidentiality of sender/recipient details.
• Inventory and maintain freshness; replace damaged product as needed.
• Assist with department leadership in the manager’s absence and coordinate activities.
