Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong floral design skills and knowledge of floral products, care and handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and advise on floral care, create arrangements to exact specifications.
• Process and wrap flowers; ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Lead floral clerks and train them on simple designs and duties.
• Handle orders from FTD, Teleflora, and interstore channels with confidentiality.
• Monitor stock, freshness, and replace damaged product as needed.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Floral Manager.
