Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create floral arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks and train them on simple designs and daily tasks.
• Process and fill orders, including weddings and funerals.
• Manage inventory and ensure the department is stocked and running smoothly.
• Handle FTD, Teleflora, and internet orders with confidentiality.
