Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our Floral Department. You will create beautiful arrangements to customer specifications, lead floral clerks, ensure the department is stocked and fresh, and handle order processing from FTD, Teleflora, and in-store requests.

The ideal candidate has strong floral design skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to guide a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma required; 3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Strong floral design skills and knowledge of floral products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks and train them on design and order procedures.
• Process and manage FTD, Teleflora, and interstore orders.
• Ensure the department is stocked, fresh, and running smoothly.
