Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Flight Test Systems Effectiveness & Analysis Engineer for the Navy Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Systems Branch. The role requires deep knowledge of nuclear programs, submarine operations, and complex program integration across lifecycle stages.

The candidate will serve as a government evaluator, lead test planning and reviews, and manage multiple critical tasks while ensuring safety and security requirements are met. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with FBM weapon systems and testing methods.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition directives and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Execution of flight test operations including FCET preparation and field/range execution support.
• Plan, organize and execute Flight Test Working Group activities.
• Coordinate testing roles within test planning teams (TPTs).
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (NOTU, SWFs, SSP) to plan, execute, analyze, and report across program phases.
• Engage in test requirements development, integration plans, data management, and post-test analysis.
