Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Anderson, SC area to lead shift operations in a manufacturing environment with hands‑on flexographic printing experience. You will drive machine efficiency, ensure product quality, and manage pressroom personnel.

Responsibilities include direct shift management, troubleshooting press setup, quality checks with spectrophotometers, and implementing 5S/Lean improvements while enforcing safety standards and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising production in manufacturing.
• 3+ years hands-on flexographic press experience.
• Knowledge of ink management, anilox rolls, and press setup.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree/trade cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily pressroom operations and manage shift workflow.
• Provide technical guidance on press setup, ink management, and color matching.
• Conduct job sign-offs and pull-sample inspections.
• Drive 5S/Lean improvements to cut setup scrap and changeovers.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Train and evaluate press operators and helpers.
