Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily team activities

• Support process improvements to boost quality and productivity

• Enforce company policies and address performance issues
• Manage attendance and staffing needs
• Support material flow and production requirements
• Lead daily meetings to communicate goals and expectations
• Maintain accurate production and personnel documentation
• Address workflow issues and remove bottlenecks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
