Anagram International is seeking a Day Shift Print Lead to run a state‑of‑the‑art wideweb flexo press, mentor Operators, and own the shift from setup through troubleshooting. You’ll train Press Helpers, maintain quality and safety, and confidently lead by example on the production floor.

The role emphasizes mentoring, mechanical insight, color accuracy, and a proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving, with full-time night shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Mentoring others and sharing expertise on the floor.
• Strong mechanical sense and problem-solving skills for press operations.
• Good eye for color and ink matching in flexo printing.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and fix setup problems quickly.
• Ability to read job tickets, blueprints, and measurements to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wideweb flexo press at peak speed and quality.
• Dial in ink tones, viscosity, and doctor blade settings to meet specs.
• Lead by example, assist with setups/changeovers, and train new operators.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor equipment for issues.
• Uphold safety standards and keep the workstation clean and organized.
