Job summary

Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking a Supervisor, Flexo Press to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure on-time, high-quality production in our North Carolina facility. You will partner with management to drive department initiatives, manage schedules, and support safety and quality programs while meeting customer requirements.

You will lead by example, oversee onboarding and training, evaluate performance, and work with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of equivalent supervision experience in ISO environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MIS; analytical problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work and provide leadership to assigned staff.
• Plan, production, and supervision to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Onboard, mentor, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance across shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize throughput.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Department Manager and maintain performance metrics.
