Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Lead Fleet Services professional in Lithia Springs, GA. You will inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, and equipment to keep operations safe and running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair fleet of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
  • Manage parts and assets; negotiate with vendors for best pricing.
  • Travel to job sites to troubleshoot and fix equipment in the field.
  • Handle vehicle registrations, tags, and required documentation.
  • Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
  • Lift/carry up to 50–75 lbs; work flexible hours across weather conditions.

What you’ll do

Keep Things Rolling: Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, and equipment to ensure everything is safe and running smoothly.

Inventory Master: Manage parts and assets, negotiate with vendors for the best pricing, and make sure we have what we need.

Field Work: You'll travel to different job sites to troubleshoot and fix equipment in the field.

Paperwork & Logistics: Handle vehicle registrations, tags, and all the necessary documentation.

Relationship Building: Work closely with vendors, partners, and your teammates.

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Have a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus!).

Be comfortable using various tools and operating equipment safely.

Be physically able to lift/carry up to 50–75 lbs.

Be ready to travel to job sites and work flexible hours (including some weekends, after-hours, or emergency call-outs) in all kinds of weather.

Communicate well with everyone you meet on the job.
