Job summary

CableCom is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to assist with administration of vehicle operation programs by collecting statistical and fiscal data on USDOT, IRP, IFTA, and UCR compliance. A good working knowledge of DOT regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data are required.

Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm MST with a wage range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour; benefits include weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, stock purchase plan,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; read, interpret, input, and analyze data.
• Excellent customer service and strong English skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting updates to leadership.
• Schedule and prioritize tasks for maintenance.
• Coordinate daily fleet assignments to minimize downtime and control costs.

CableCom is seeking a Fleet Coordinator who will assist with administration of vehicle operation programs by collecting statistical and fiscal data on USDOT, IRP, IFTA, and UCR compliance. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of DOT regulations; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

$18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm MST

What you’ll do

• Provide reporting updates to leadership.
• Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned and tracking preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
• Coordinate daily fleet assignments, minimize downtime and control cost
• DOT knowledge
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
• Adaptable to all weather conditions
• Bilingual is a plus
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Constant walking and standing

The wage range for Fleet Coordinator is$18.00 - $22.00.
