Triple-D Communications, LLC in Mansfield, Ohio, seeks a Fleet Services Lead to oversee the vehicle operation program, enhance training, and focus on accident prevention.

The role requires knowledge of DOT regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analysis, and the ability to read and input information.

You will supervise teams, review tasks, develop processes, and coordinate with staff, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead employees and supervisors in the assigned area, department, or project(s).
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).

A successful Fleet Services Lead shall assist with administration of the vehicle operation program to determine areas for increased training and emphasis on accident prevention; collect statistical and fiscal data on USDOT, IRP, IFTA, and UCR compliance.

At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of DOT regulations and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Office. The role also demands the ability to use a computer and related office equipment, as well as the skill to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
