Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Fleet Services Manager in Perkins, OK to oversee the vehicle operation program, enhance training, and ensure DOT and regulatory compliance. You will collect and analyze data and support Field Fleet and Asset personnel to ensure daily operations run smoothly with attention to accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
  • Good working knowledge of DOT regulations.
  • Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software, MS Office.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing projects preferred.

  • Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
  • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s).
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for establishing and providing support for the Field Fleet and Asset personnel through ensuring daily operations are followed. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of DOT regulations; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
