FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Fleet Services Manager to oversee vehicle operation programs and improve safety and efficiency in Perkins, OK. You will guide Field Fleet and Asset personnel, ensuring DOT compliance and accurate data handling, using MS Office daily.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience, plus supervisory experience and strong project management skills. US work authorization and pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Our Fleet Services Manager shall assist with administration of vehicle operation program to determine areas for increased training and emphasis on accident prevention; collects statistical and fiscal data on USDOT, IRP, IFTA, and UCR compliance. This position is responsible for establishing and providing support for the Field Fleet and Asset personnel through ensuring daily operations are followed. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of DOT regulations; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
