Job summary

The AAA Roadside Assistance team in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Lead Driver for 2nd Shift. You will oversee on-road service deliveries, lock-out, fuel, battery jumps, and towing, while mentoring junior drivers and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• Ability to pass a DOT- and company-required physical exam bi-annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel, battery jumpstarts, and tire change services.
• Provide mobile battery services and diagnose solutions including battery sales/installation.
• Provide tow and recovery services and mentor new hires.
