Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Fixed Income Operations Manager to lead end-to-end processing, control, and oversight of coupon, principal, and interest payments across fixed income portfolios. This role ensures accurate capture, validation, processing, reconciliation, and settlement within deadlines while maintaining strong operational controls, client service, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Significant experience in investment operations, custody, fund administration, or securities processing with fixed income focus.
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising an operations team.
Strong knowledge of fixed income instruments including bonds, notes, and asset-backed securities.

Responsibilities

Manage daily oversight of fixed income events: coupons, principal repayments, maturities, redemptions.
Oversee calculation, validation, and booking of accrued interest and related fees.
Ensure timely cash receipt, reconciliation, and allocation from custodians and paying agents.
Monitor event announcements and maintain security terms, dates, and rate resets.
