Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an Operations Technical Specialist to support mortgage-backed securities and fixed income processing. You will provide outsourced operational and transactional processing for clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality within contractual requirements.

Key duties include managing MBS allocations via FICC EPN, coordinating with client support teams and the trade desk, and monitoring data integrity and cash settlements across systems such as IMPACT and MBSE Bloomberg

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations with mortgage-backed securities or fixed income.
• Series 99 preferred.
• Hands-on experience with MBS allocations and FICC EPN.
• Experience with fail reporting, aged item management, and cash settlement reconciliation.
• Knowledge of TMPG practices and trade assignments is a plus.
• Strong data maintenance and exception queue monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced operational and transactional business process support for clients.
• Process MBS Allocations via FICC EPN with daily deadlines for pool information.
• Communicate with client support teams and the trade desk to resolve issues.
• Manage RTTM processing for trade novations and margin positions.
• Monitor aged fail items and CPR claims processing.
• Support TMPG practices and market requirements.
• Execute and monitor trade assignments and reconcile monthly cash settlements.
• Maintain static data and review exception queues across systems (IMPACT, MBSE Bloomberg Monitor).
• Identify, investigate, and resolve breaks and escalate risk items as appropriate.
• Support process improvements and share knowledge within the team.
