Job summary

Marex Group in New York invites applications for Head of Fixed Income Operations. You will lead the Fixed Income Operations team and supervise the outsourced Broadridge BPO, accountable for the full life cycle of fixed income products.

You will partner with the Front Office to implement best practices, manage TRACE reporting, and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance across credit and rates workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in financial services.
• Proven leadership of large operations teams.
• Experience supervising outsourced vendors and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fixed Income Operations team and supervise outsourced Broadridge tasks.
• Collaborate with Front Office to improve efficiency and controls.
• Review regulatory trade reporting (TRACE) for fixed income trades.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to meet SOX and other requirements.
• Onboard new business streams and vendors with governance in mind.
• Act as escalation point for life cycle events (actions, settlements, fails).
