Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Lead First Line Risk Management, Technology to coordinate audits, exams, and regulatory activities across multiple technology departments. You will manage materials, identify gaps, and implement control improvements to align with regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Compliance and business lines, and requires experience with IT risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks within financial services.

Qualifications

• Five years of leading external exams and audits (OCC, CFPB, PCI DSS, SOC2, etc.) and internal audits.
• Experience in security, governance, risk management, IT audit, or related.
• Knowledge of key laws, regulations, frameworks (CRI) in financial services.
• Experience with Onspring, Jira, ServiceNow or other GRC/workflow tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory exams: coordinate documentation and gather materials across lines of business.
• Ensure materials are accurate, complete, and aligned to requests; revise as needed.
• Identify efficiencies in coordination with Compliance Regulatory Relations Program.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Business to implement changes due to laws and learning from external litigation.
• Review policies, procedures, and systems against regulations and exam manuals; address gaps.
