Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior risk professional in the United States to lead the first-line control testing framework and RCSA program development across banking processes. You will guide workshops with senior stakeholders and ensure regulator-ready methodologies and executive reporting.

Qualifications include 12+ years in operational risk-related disciplines, a finance/accounting background, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational risk, RCSA, internal controls, or related financial-services risk disciplines.
• Experience designing or transforming first-line control testing and RCSA programs within a bank or regulated financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, risk management, business, information systems, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the current-state assessment of the first-line control testing framework, process taxonomy, risk-rating criteria, key control standards, control design methodology, testing procedures, governance, QA, and reporting.
• Define and validate a defensible methodology for identifying high-risk processes, documenting risks, and determining testability.
• Lead development of the process, risk, and control baseline for ten priority processes across multiple business areas.
• Oversee preparation and quality review of process inventories, maps, KRCMs, control design assessments, testing plans, workpapers, and reports.
• Direct operating-effectiveness pilot testing for ten key controls across three processes; ensure evidence sufficiency and proper reporting.
• Establish quality standards for tester qualification, documentation, evidence sufficiency, and QA.
