Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Lead First Line Risk Management, Technology to oversee exams and audits across technology functions. You will coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to prepare evidence, assess controls, and drive remediation efforts.

Role requires strong governance and risk management experience, familiarity with CRI and financial services guidelines, and hands-on use of GRC tools like Onspring, Jira, and ServiceNow. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience actively leading external exams and audits (OCC, CFPB, PCI DSS, SOC2, etc.), and internal audits.
• Experience in security, governance, risk management, IT audit, information technology, or related areas.
• Knowledge of key laws, regulations, frameworks (CRI, etc.) and guidance in financial services.
• Experience with modern GRC and workflow tools such as Onspring, Jira, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory exams; coordinate documentation across lines of business.
• Ensure materials are complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requests.
• Identify efficiencies in compliance coordination and program implementation.
• Design audit readiness activities and track remediation of findings.
• Report status to leadership and manage regulator/exam documentation lifecycle.
