Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Foreman to oversee installation, adjustment and repair of wet, CPVC, and steel sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

You will supervise crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure work meets contract specs. Responsibilities include managing labor and materials to hit budgets, tracking hours, training crews on safety and quality, and coordinating with project teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation.
• 1 to 3 years' experience as a Foreman.
• Knowledgeable with NFPA 13 and all codes.
• Must be able to multi-task, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and materials to ensure tasks meet budgets.
• Tracks hours and manpower on all tasks.
• Provides training in areas needing improvements to ensure quality, production, and safety.
• Responsible for performing a wide range of skilled construction tasks.
• Interprets blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Responsible for installation of wet, CPVC, and steel systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
