Job summary

Sci ens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to install and retrofit sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards. You will lead field crews, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with designers, PMs, and GCs to ensure safe, on-time project completions.

You must have a sprinkler apprenticeship, strong knowledge of wet/dry/pre-action systems, and the ability to work from BIM designs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in the Fire and Life Safety industry.
• Completed Sprinkler Apprenticeship through Foreman Course.
• Experience with wet, dry, and pre-action systems and backflows.
• NFPA 14/20/24/25 knowledge.
• Able to read fire system drawings and BIM design.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to install sprinkler piping.
• Lead installation on new, retrofit, and tenant projects.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve field conflicts.
• Manage scheduling and progress with safety emphasis.
• Provide onsite guidance and training to crew.
• Inspect and interact with AHJ for testing/approvals.
• Install from BIM designs and adhere to safety policies.
