Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman to oversee the day-to-day activities on the assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures for fire protection sprinkler systems. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on work on heavy commercial construction projects.

You will manage crews of 8–10, interpret blueprints, ensure safety regulations, track hours and materials, and help meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman running crews on heavy commercial construction projects.
• Knowledgeable with NFPA 13 and all codes.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 8 to 10 individuals.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and materials to ensure tasks meet or beat budgets.
• Track hours and manpower on all tasks.
• Provide training to ensure quality, production, and safety.
• Perform a wide range of skilled construction tasks.
• Attend job site and office meetings related to projects.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policy.
• Guide crews to meet budgets and project schedules.
• Interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Install wet, CPVC, and steel systems in commercial/industrial buildings.
• Plan work to maximize efficient use of resources.
• Inspect work for conformance to contract and spec.
• Maintain documentation for the work performed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete projects on time with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
