Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical/low-voltage installation experience.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage on-site manpower.
• Strong teamwork and professional jobsite coordination.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Bend, cut, and install electrical conduit in NEC standards.
• Pull and route wire through building structures.
• Terminate wiring at control panels and devices; perform wire nut connections.
• Operate power tools with safety protocols.
• Read measurements and perform basic construction math for layout.
• Ensure installations adhere to NEC and NFPA 72 and local codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Review project plans with apprentices and junior technicians for clarity and coordination.
