Job summary

Tier 1 Fire Protection, LLC, a leading name in the Fire Life Safety and Low Voltage industry, seeks a Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Lead Technician for full-time installation and service on commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial projects across our service area.

The ideal candidate has experience with fire alarm, CCTV, access control, burglar, and intercom systems, can work on ladders, and communicate effectively with customers. A team player with strong troubleshooting skills is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience or knowledge of electronic security solutions industry, incl. Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access, Burglar, Intercom systems.
Must be able to work on ladders and lifts.
Ability to work in team or on individual projects.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
Proficient with basic computer skills.
OSHA 10 training is preferred.
Must be able to lift 10–50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Install and service commercial, retail, educational, healthcare, and industrial projects.
Ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction on all jobs.
Collaborate with team to complete projects safely and on time.
