Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Installer to join our growing team. You will perform routine installation and checkout on various systems, following codes, procedures, and drawings.

You will develop a positive interface with customers to ensure confidence and satisfaction with the installation. The role requires at least three years of fire alarm/low voltage experience, proficiency with NFPA 70 & 72, and the ability to work independently with

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in fire alarm, voice/data, and security installation.
• Solid working knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, diagrams and advise based on field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of onsite projects including safety, quality, and performance.
• Train, mentor, and lead team members and jobs.
• Install commercial & industrial 3-phase electrical power systems.
• Install all types of electrical conduit.
• Complete onsite paperwork and maintain as-built drawings.
• Ensure everyone adheres to safety culture and policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and GCs with minimal supervision.
• Comply with standards and Sciens safety programs.
