Job summary

Fire Fighter Sales and Service Co. is seeking a skilled Installation Lead to manage the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems including fire alarm, security, and access control. The position requires leadership, adherence to NEC/NFPA standards, and strong teamwork in fast-paced projects.

You will mentor apprentices, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining safety and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical or low-voltage installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical conduit and pull wires per NEC.
• Terminate wiring at control panels, devices, and junction points.
• Lead on-site crew and coordinate manpower.
• Review project plans with apprentices and junior technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
