Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations for Il Premio and Bar Premio. You will be visible on the floor, coaching staff and ensuring polished, memorable guest experiences across both concepts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in restaurant management, with a passion for elevated service and strong leadership. You will work with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain seamless communication and flawless service, including events

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with restaurant technology and reservation/POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations for Il Premio and Bar Premio.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor during shifts.
• Ensure elevated hospitality and service standards are consistently executed.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
