Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Chef de Cuisine or senior kitchen leader.
• Experience with steaks, seafood, and scratch cooking.
• Mediterranean cuisine experience preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Tallahassee within 60 days.
• Strong business acumen in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day culinary operations for a fine-dining, dinner-service restaurant.
• Coach and develop line cooks and staff, building a professional kitchen culture.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef/Owner on culinary direction and menu development.
• Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
