Role Overview: We seek an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead strategic initiatives in our GTM Systems, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve operational efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership for GTM processes and systems.
  2. Lead initiatives to enhance business capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
  3. Define and implement best practices for automation, integrations, and data governance.
  4. Collaborate with teams to identify operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.
  5. Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps with teams.
  6. Drive adoption of low-code/no-code solutions.
  7. Oversee Salesforce and CPQ configurations, reporting, and data strategies.
  8. Evaluate new technologies to improve the GTM tech stack.
  9. Develop business cases for tech and process investments.
  10. Mentor junior analysts to foster continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Business Systems roles with a GTM focus, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and low-code automation.
  • Experience leading enterprise projects focused on process optimization.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Apex, declarative automation, and workflow configuration.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Understanding of revenue operations strategies.
  • Experience with change management frameworks.

Tools & Technologies:

  • Salesforce, Marketo, Impartner, Chili Piper.
  • Low-code platforms and API workflows.
  • Reporting and analytics tools.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000 per year, excluding equity and benefits. Compensation will consider skills, experience, and qualifications.
