Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial software stack in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This senior role focuses on ERP, accounting platforms, and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and reliable operations.

You will lead upgrades, implementations, and user support, collaborate with IT and finance teams, and drive improvements while staying current with best practices in financial system administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, finance or related field.
• 6+ years in financial systems administration, 3+ in lead/senior role.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain ERP, accounting software, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security across financial systems.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and implementations with IT and finance.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for financial systems.
• Develop system docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive enhancements.
• Monitor performance and optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Assist in data migration and smooth system changeovers.
