Welbilt is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance QAD AE/EE across multi-domain, multi-currency business operations. You’ll partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful ERP improvements globally.

You will lead month-end close support, train users, and collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualificações

• 8+ years hands-on experience supporting QAD AE and/or QAD EE environments.
• Strong functional expertise in QAD Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing, multi-currency, multi-domain).
• Experience implementing QAD in multi-domain, multi-currency environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional design specifications, MD50 documents.
• Understanding of manufacturing or distribution business processes.
• Experience with SDLC and change-management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with Finance, Operations, and global IT teams.
• Remote work capability across time zones; US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for QAD AE/EE Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Costing.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose system-based improvements.
• Develop BRDs, functional designs, test plans, and documentation for enhancements.
• Support month-end/year-end close and resolve period-close issues across domains.
• Train users on QAD AE/EE functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with global QAD analysts, business leaders, and IT teams.
• Lead or support QAD AE/EE implementation projects.
