Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance, to optimize ERP and finance platforms. You will partner with global stakeholders to document processes, create dashboards, and drive system alignment across FP&A, consolidation, treasury, and analytics.

You will lead discovery, requirements, testing, and change management while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Finance Systems, ERP analysis, or enterprise application delivery roles.
• Strong finance and accounting background with understanding of core financial processes, reporting structures, and operational accounting workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms with preference for NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Yardi, or similar enterprise finance systems.
• Experience supporting FP&A, consolidation, treasury, reporting, intercompany, and analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, dashboarding, analytics, or KPI development initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and cross-functional discussions with finance stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise financial data structures, data governance, and reporting consistency practices.
• Experience with ERP transformation, optimization, implementation, or migration initiatives.
• Real estate, infrastructure, data center industry experience preferred.
• Strong project coordination, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering across finance and operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, dashboards, and plans.
• Support data governance, transformation initiatives to improve reporting and visibility.
• Collaborate with technical teams and partners to drive ERP enhancements and process optimization.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical insights.
• Participate in ERP transformation initiatives and future-state platform evaluations.
• Support UAT, process validation, training, change management, and release readiness.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.
