Job summary

Talentify seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide critical support for enterprise financial and operational systems. You will bridge ERP expertise with business processes in a mission-driven environment, ensuring reliability and stakeholder partnership.

This fully remote, 12+ month contract role focuses on ERP administration, workflow automation, upgrades, integrations, and reporting improvements, with collaboration across finance, IT, and business operations to transform processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar enterprise systems role.
• 3+ years supporting ERP/financial platforms in a complex environment.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, expense management tools, or workflow automation solutions.
• Familiarity with accounting/finance processes: AP, AR, GL, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting.
• Experience integrating ERP and financial applications, and working with third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of release cycles, upgrades, regression testing, and change management.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and handling support tickets for business users.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to gather requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation or low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior functional support for core financial and operational systems, ensuring stability and usability.
• Administer and enhance workflow automation platforms and maintain forms, access controls, and updates.
• Support ERP maintenance, testing, upgrades, and optimization with internal teams.
• Assist with expense management system integrations, troubleshooting, and configuration changes.
• Triage support requests and drive timely resolution with strong customer service.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, payroll, IT, and operations to improve processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners for issues and enhancements.
• Contribute to finance system modernization and business process transformation.
