Job summary

Super is seeking a Group Finance Systems Manager to own our core financial systems, bridging regional finance teams with Central Finance and the BA ERP group. You will guide ERP harmonisation across D365 FinOps and Business Central, ensuring compliant, scalable processes for a global business.

You will manage intake of change requests, lead UAT for new finance features, and collaborate with FP&A and Data Engineering to enable clean data write-backs into our data lakehouse.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics in a multi-currency corporate environment.
• Strong grounding in core accounting principles (GAAP vs statutory) and month-end closing processes.
• Proven track record bridging technical software teams and non-technical business accountants.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI reporting and ERP workflow configurations.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP harmonisation across D365 FinOps and Business Central.
• Ensure core modules (fixed asset registers, AP approval flows, prepayments) are standardised and used across entities.
• Oversee intake, vetting and prioritisation of ERP change requests.
• Own the UAT process for new finance features to avoid month-end disruption.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Data Engineering to ensure clean data write-backs to the central data lakehouse.
