Job summary

CSQUARE seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to oversee CSQUARE's recurring financial reporting to its parent company, lenders, and other stakeholders and to support SEC reporting and technical accounting activities. Reporting to the Director of SEC and Financial Reporting, this role ensures compliance with U.S.

GAAP and IFRS, maintains related reporting controls, and partners across the organization to ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification required; Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of public or corporate financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, MD&A and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly reporting package with footnotes, cash flows and stockholders' equity.
• Manage recurring reporting to banks and comply with covenants.
• Assist SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, proxies) and XBRL coordination.
• Coordinate statutory reporting for international subsidiaries and liaise with auditors.
• Research technical accounting issues and draft memoranda.
• Monitor new standards and regulations and implement changes.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for external reporting.
• Collaborate with finance partners to understand the business and reflect it in disclosures.
• Work with external auditors and senior management to address findings promptly.
• Leverage AI/automation to streamline reporting and data analysis while maintaining controls.
