Qualifications

• 5–8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence at a top firm
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one
• US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members
• Maintain and update the budget and fee analysis
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Review databooks and generate full due diligence reports
• Lead quality of earnings, P&L and working capital analyses
• Communicate with clients regarding engagement matters
• Develop solutions to engagement risks and resolve issues
• Recruit, train and develop junior staff
• Coordinate conflict checks and engagement codes
• Assist in sales and business development efforts
