Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for Assistant Director; 2+ years financial aid experience for entry level.
• Associate Director requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressively responsible financial aid experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state aid programs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, student-centered financial aid counseling for diverse populations.
• Oversee packaging for undergraduate, graduate, and adult learners and ensure timely disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV, state aid, and institutional policies.
• Lead staff, supervise student workers, and contribute to office operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Student Accounts, Registrar, and Enrollment Operations.
