Job summary

• Experience with compliance, internal controls, and audit concepts to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and reconcile federal, state, and institutional aid programs.
• Support packaging, FAFSA review, loan processing, and webpage updates.
• Oversee FAFSA corrections and review key reports to keep student records accurate and timely.
• Create and update documentation that drives consistency in financial aid account updates.
