Job summary
Relativity Space is seeking a First Shift Integration Supervisor to oversee Final Integration Operations for Terran‑R hardware. You will lead a team of Integration technicians and collaborate with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams to keep schedules on track and ensure high quality.
The role demands 5+ years in high‑reliability manufacturing, 2+ years in leadership, and strong GD&T/engineering drawing literacy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing.
- 2+ years in leadership supervising production technicians/operators.
- Strong knowledge of assembly, integration, and testing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; holds accountability in fast-paced settings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Final Integration Operations on 1st Shift for Terran‑R hardware.
- Lead and develop a team of Integration technicians.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and QA to boost productivity.
- Drive production schedules and resolve bottlenecks to meet flight hardware deadlines.
- Promote safety and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
