Job summary

Relativity Space in the United States is seeking a First Shift Integration Supervisor for 1st shift (5:00 AM PST - 3:30 PM PST) to oversee final integration operations on Terran-R hardware, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and the highest quality standards.

You will lead and develop a team of integration technicians, collaborate with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams, and drive production schedules while removing bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• 2+ years in leadership roles supervising technicians.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Final Integration Operations on 1st Shift.
• Lead and develop Integration technicians.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality.
• Drive production schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain daily production visibility and safety culture.
